Results-based pricing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you pay only for content we successfully remove. Fees, packages and any guarantees are confirmed before work starts.
What we cannot guarantee
Removal outcomes depend on third-party platforms and legal processes outside our control. We do not guarantee removal of content that does not breach a platform’s policies or the law. Where direct removal isn’t possible, we may pursue suppression or de-indexing.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to request removal of the content concerned.
Refunds
Where a money-back guarantee applies, refunds are issued for content we do not successfully remove, as described in your package.
